Dyagama in the Moon Light.
A moonscape of the Dyagama and Agrapathna regions. Dyagama (sometimes written as Diagama) is probably the only place name in Sri Lanka that starts with the ādā sound. The solitary light at the top of the mountain is a telecommunication relay center known as the Dell Tower.
Volcano at Ginigathena
Fortunately there are no volcanoes in Sri Lanka. This is just the sun setting over the hills of Ginigathhena, as seen from Great Western. The name Ginigathena is perhaps appropriate, Ginigath means burnt. Hena is a Slash-and-burn agricultural field. Combined word Ginigathena (sometimes written as Ginigathhena) means such a field that caught fire again after planting but before the crop could be gathered.
